Here’s a list of the most often asked questions about our facilities.

General Site Questions

When does the site open?

Arrival 3 pm for glamping pods and 12 pm campsite.
Departure 11 am for glamping pods and 12 pm campsite (late check out is available at booking).
If you would like to arrive earlier/leave later just ask and we will try to accommodate.

Are dogs allowed?

Not in the pods but on the campsite a maximum of 2 dogs allowed on a lead.

How far is the village?

It is a 10-minute walk to Rhuddlan high street either across fields or road – where you will find plenty of places to eat, drink and visit.

Can we book for groups?

We allow for 2 bookings together – this can be mixed tents/tourers/pods – please contact us directly or make a note in the ‘additional notes’ section when booking.

Can we wander around the farmyard?

We don’t mind you having a wander around (children must be supervised) but if you would like to meet the alpacas, ponies or feed chickens then please ask and we will accompany you.

Can I charge my electric car on-site?

No.

How do we check in?

We will text you with check-in details the day before your arrival.

Is there WIFI?

Not on the main site but in glamping pods wifi is available

Are pitches hard-standing or grass?

All our pitches are grass-standing.

Are campfires/fire pits allowed?

No to campfires but yes to fire pits, as long as they are off-ground, so they don’t scorch the grass. We hire fire pits and sell logs/kindling/firefighters.

Do you have an electric hook-up?

Yes, all pitches have 16 amp electric hook-up. Optional electric for tents.

What is included in the pitch price?

Prices include 2 people, 16 amp electric (tents optional) and an awning for tourers).

Is there a washing-up area?

Yes, we have a utility area with a double sink, communal fridge and freezer.

Do you allocate pitches?

We like people to choose their pitches but there may be times during busy periods, that we allocate pitches. If you want a particular pitch, then please include that in the ‘additional info’ section at time of booking.

What’s in the glamping pod?

All three pods are fully self-contained with an en suite with shower, kitchenette with all the equipment you need, dining table, chairs, bed and bedding, sofa, TV and portable Bluetooth speaker. Outside is a BBQ/fire pit, table/chairs with Stella’s Snug and Buster’s Den having a wood fired hot tub.

Are dogs allowed?

Sorry, no dogs are allowed in the pods.

Are children allowed?

Sorry, no children in the pods.

Do all glamping pods have a hot tub?

No only Stella’s snug.

Are the glamping pods heated?

Yes, they all have underfloor heating.

Is there WIFI?

Yes wifi is available in the pods

Where do we park?

You park next to your pod.

Do we pay extra for logs?

We provide logs for the hot tub and a log pack for the fire pit/BBQ are available to buy.
